Ribwort and Mullein break up mucus to help clear airways. Chamomile and Passionflower have been scientifially shown to support sleep quality and a calm nervous system. Marshmallow Root contains polysaccharides that coat the throat, soothing and supporting comfort.

Chamomilla recutita (Chamomile) Extract
equiv. dry 2000mg
Plantago lanceolata (Ribwort) Extract
equiv. dry root 500mg
Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower) Extract
equiv. to dry flower 100mg
Verbascum thapsus (Mullein) Extract
equiv. dry 50mg
Althaea officinalis L. (Marshmallow) Extract
equiv.to dry 50mg
Other Ingredients: Vegetable Glycerine, Water, Natural Flavours.

Directions
Shake well before use.
Take recommended dose 1 hour before bedtime. May be taken up to 3 times during the night when persistently coughing and feeling restless.
May also be taken 1-2 times per day to support cough suppression and daytime restlessness.
Recommended Dosage:
Infants 0-1 years: 0.5mL
Children 1-2 years: 0.5 – 1.5mL (1/4 metric tsp)
Children 2-5 years: 1.5 – 3mL (1/2 metric tsp)
Children 5 years and over: 5mL (1 metric tsp)
Take recommended dose 1 hour before bedtime. May be taken up to 3 times during the night when persistently coughing and feeling restless.
